A recent study, published in October 2015, found that people on a low-fat diet lost about the same amount of weight as people on diets with more of their calories from fat.It was in August 2014, I started my Ph.D. in Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru.There was a running group in IISc, and they advised me on the right gear. Also, I did my research on the internet and prepared myself accordingly with a diet plan, etc.
